Multichannel Inventory

Live with B&Q (Kingfisher) · more marketplaces planned

One place to run your multichannel inventory and orders.

Centralize stock, map marketplace SKUs, manage orders, reserve inventory and keep marketplace quantities aligned — from one operational workspace.

Product screen, illustrated with sample data.

Product

Everything an operations team needs between the warehouse and the marketplace.

Stock lives in one place. Listings, orders and stock updates all point back to it — so the number you see is the number you sell.

Central inventory

  • The Main SKU is the single source of truth for each product.
  • Physical, reserved, unavailable and sellable stock per location.
  • Stock counts and adjustments with reasons, in an append-only ledger.
  • CSV import with a row-by-row review, and CSV export.

Unified orders

  • Marketplace orders in one list, with quick views for open, reserved and fulfilled.
  • Mapping and inventory exceptions flagged instead of silently ignored.
  • Reserve, fulfil (in full or in part), cancel and refund — each confirmed and recorded.
  • Customer contact details hidden from roles that do not need them.

SKU mapping

  • One Main SKU can be linked to many marketplace listings.
  • Listings are identified by their marketplace listing or offer ID, so two listings with the same seller SKU never get mixed up.
  • Suggestions from matching SKUs, barcodes and EAN/GTIN codes — never applied without you.
  • Every map, remap and unmap is kept in the history.

Marketplace stock sync

  • An initial reconciliation before this app may set any marketplace quantity.
  • Read only, Manual or Automatic — chosen per connection.
  • Target quantity = sellable stock minus your stock buffer.
  • Every update is read back from the marketplace to confirm it landed.

Operational control

  • A Needs attention queue with the recommended next step for each order.
  • Sync job history with automatic and manual retries.
  • An activity log of every stock, order, mapping and settings change.
  • Five roles, from Owner to Viewer, enforced on every request.

Built for teams, not spreadsheets

Invite your team, give each person the right role, and keep one shared view of stock and orders.

Create your workspace

How it works

From a marketplace listing to the quantity buyers see.

Each listing is linked to one Main SKU. Stock is counted once, orders reserve it, and the marketplace is told what is really available.

  1. 01

    Marketplace listing

    Imported from your marketplace account.

    B&Q offer 4100217

  2. 02

    Marketplace SKU

The seller SKU shown on that listing.

    OAK-SHELF-80

  3. 03

    SKU mapping

You confirm which product the listing sells.

  4. 04

    Main SKU

Your product, once, across all channels.

  5. 05

    Central inventory

Stock you physically hold, per location.

    Physical 42

  6. 06

    Reservations and movements

Orders reserve stock; every change is a ledger entry.

    Reserved 3

  7. 07

    Sellable quantity

What is really free to sell.

    Sellable 39

  8. 08

    Marketplace sync

Sellable minus your buffer, sent only when you allow it.

    Target 37

Example: 42 on the shelf, 3 reserved by open orders, a buffer of 2 kept back → the marketplace is set to 37, and only once you have reconciled and allowed it.

The workspace

Dense, fast screens for the work you do every day.

Built for operators: server-side search, filters and paging, so lists stay quick with thousands of rows.

Inventory

Every product's stock, at a glance.

Main SKUs show physical, reserved and sellable stock side by side, with zero and low stock highlighted.

  • Stock counts and adjustments with a reason for every change.
  • Stock buffer per product for marketplace targets.
  • Full movement history per product and across the organization.
Product screen, illustrated with sample data.

Orders

Orders that know what they did to your stock.

Imported orders reserve stock when your policy allows it, and the Needs attention queue tells you exactly what to fix.

  • Quick views: open, needs attention, mapping required, reserved, fulfilled.
  • An order timeline with every event and who triggered it.
  • Dangerous actions always ask for confirmation.

SKU mapping

Link listings to products with confidence.

Choose a Main SKU, tick its listings, map. Two listings with the same seller SKU stay separate because each is identified by its own listing ID.

  • Suggestions from matching SKUs and barcodes, never applied automatically.
  • Remapping a listing asks first and keeps the old mapping in the history.

Reconciliation

Compare before anything is overwritten.

See the central target next to what each marketplace shows, with large gaps highlighted, and confirm listing by listing.

  • Filter by mismatch, connection, pending or confirmed.
  • Your confirmation is recorded in the activity log.
Product screen, illustrated with sample data.

Connections and stock sync

Marketplace quantities, kept in line — on your terms.

Each connection shows its stock sync mode, reservation policy, order checks and the server write switch. Manual mode sends only what you review and confirm.

  • Select, review, confirm, then every update is queued, sent and read back.
  • Failed updates appear in Needs attention with a retry.
Product screen, illustrated with sample data.

Security and safeguards

Designed so that mistakes are hard to make and easy to trace.

Organization isolation

Every record belongs to one organization. Another organization's data is never shown; it simply does not exist for you.

Role-based permissions

Owner, Admin, Manager, Staff and Viewer. The server checks the permission on every request; the screen only hides what you cannot use.

Audit history

Who changed what and when, written in the same step as the change itself. Entries cannot be edited or deleted.

Inventory ledger

Stock only changes through the ledger. Corrections are new entries, so the history always adds up.

Safe repeat actions

Stock and order actions carry a one-time key: a double click or a retried request is applied once.

Stock-write safety controls

New connections start Read only. Writing needs Manual or Automatic mode and a server-wide switch, and API keys are stored encrypted.

Reconciliation before writes

Mapping a listing never overwrites its quantity. You compare and confirm first; only then can a stock update be sent.

Marketplace API keys are entered by the organization Owner, stored encrypted and never shown again.
